The Chris Black Sprint 15 Icicle was run on Sunday 17 March in strong winds following storm Gareth (35 knots was recorded in a squall in the third race). 7 visitors joined 3 local boats for a day of exciting sailing. The event was won by Paul Grattage of Shanklin Sailing Club but the Grafham sailors put up a good show. The Grafham results were 3rd Christian Mash, 6th Stuart Snell and 7th Kevin Cummerson. Judith Black presented the prizes, including the fine trophy she donated in Chris Black’s memory.
